7:00 am Check-in & Race Day Registration at Hanalei Pier
8:30 am Registration Closed
8:45 am Pule (Traditional Hawaiian Blessing)
9:00 am Staggered Pier Swim for Keiki (children) - Parents may accompany swimmers
9:20 am 3000 meter swim. Max time to complete: 1 hour 30 minutes
9:25 am 1000 meter swim
9:30 am 1000 meter Mask and Fin (No Snorkels) swim*

*this is the only division where a swimmer is allowed to wear fins.
