Join us for a Talk-Story Session with some of Hawai‘i’s top wahine paddlers. Hear firsthand how they:
-Train and prepare for races
-Balance careers, family, and paddling
-Use techniques to improve performance
-Approach strength training and nutrition
-Build the right mindset for competition

Make the most of race day—stay after the Nā Wahine Ikaika Race and connect with fellow paddlers for an inspiring and insightful conversation!
